Cozy Basement Apartment with Private Entrance

You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Hopkins for shopping and restaurants. We are 10 miles west of Minneapolis. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This is a basement apartment, so you will hear some footsteps, and I have a small dog. I have really tried to think of everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is small, but includes a microwave, gas oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and a full supply of pots and pans. There will be some breakfast foods, and coffee and tea for you to enjoy. The love seat pulls out into a bed for additional sleeping space. The space is a little crowded for three adults, but it is doable. There is antenna tv as well as a blue ray player and movies. Guests are welcome to use the garage. I will send you the code if you have requested to do so; during a snow emergency we will both need to park in the garage, and I will be as quick as possible to shovel us out. I will be in and out during your stay, as my work has a quirky schedule. Our spaces are separate, but I will be happy to help with any questions you might have about the area or the apartment. Call or text any time during your stay! Hopkins has small town charm, but modern entertainment. The restaurant options are unique; we now have Vietnamese, Tibetan, Mexican, and Brazilian fare, as well as a few different bar/grill type restaurants, and a brewery. There are wonderful trails in Hopkins for walking and biking. You can bike to Minneapolis if you would like to. (we are 15 minutes away by car). Hopkins has a quaint but very busy farmers' market on Saturdays in the summer, and Music in the Park on Thursdays. Parking near the entrance to this apartment, either in the driveway or the garage, is available. You will have to share the garage with my family during snow emergency situations. Getting around in Hopkins is very easy. We don't have a lot of traffic, and you can easily walk to Mainstreet.
