Elegantly decorated 3-bedroom Bungalow in Accra (Spintex Road) The bungalow is situated in Manet Court, a residential gated community off the Spintex Road. It is about 25 minutes drive from the airport The property has 2 gates manned by private security 24/7 ensuring controlled access. The Bungalow can accommodate up to 6 guests. Guests have access to entire space; The price depends on the number of guests/rooms occupied. A fully furnished and specious modern bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 and half bathrooms, a dining area and modern self catering kitchen will provide comfort for up to 6 guest (note that the advertised rate is for 2 guests occupying a room with access to all amenities; call for rates if more than 2 guests). The Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; The other 2 bedrooms have double beds and guests in these rooms can use any of the other 2 bathrooms. In effect guests in each room would have access to their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, cutlery, glasses and mugs etc. Guests have access to their chosen bedroom and bathroom and all common areas including living rooms, dining area the kitchen , the porch and garden. We will meet guests to provide the keys and get them settled. We are also available to be contacted 24/7 and will endeavour to meet with them at their convenience if needed. The bungalow is situated in Manet Court, a residential gated community off the Spintex Road. It is about 25 minutes drive from the airport; 20 minutes from the Accra Mall and 15 minutes from the Palace supermarket. The property has 2 gates manned by private security 24/7 ensuring controlled access. As well, the bungalow is also monitored by CCTV camera. We will endeavour to pick up international travellers from the airport on arrival and help them settle in. Taxis and local mini buses (Tro tro) can be picked up by walking outside the Eastern gate of the estate (5 minutes). Uber is also available in Accra and can be arranged to pick up guests at the house. The owner can provide a vehicle for hire (subject to availability and daily charge) for travel to places outside of Accra Electricity : The bungalow is fitted with a prepaid meter. This will be loaded by the owner. Guests are encouraged to turn off lights, fans , air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use. This will allow us to keep our rates low. There is an inverter to provide backup electrical power for lights, fans and some electrical outlets for up to 24 hours during the occasional power outage by the utility company. Laundry: The house has a washing machine, a clothes drying line, an electric iron and an ironing board are available for guests’ use. Cleaning : Guests are responsible for ensuring that the house is kept clean during their stay. The owner will do a thorough cleaning once or twice a week subject to the convenience of the guests. Other Rules - No smoking - No pets - No parties or events without owner approval. Check-in time: 2 pm (early check in allowed if house is not occupied)
