The Blyde luxury ground floor garden unit.

A very modern apartment, recently built and beautifully furnished. The Blyde Riverwalk Estate is paradise in Pretoria, with a crystal lagoon that is not only packed with fun and adventure but the photos will make your friends think you're in the Seychelles, Mauritius or the like. A three bedroom apartment with its own private garden, lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms and a short walk to the Crystal Lagoon as well as two private parking spaces right in from of the apartment. Only 6 guests allowed in the unit, no day visitors allowed and there is no lagoon access on the day of departure. We live in the apartment next door so we are available for any queries or concerns. A lovely neighborhood with the gautrain and a number of popular malls and centres all within 10km from us. An uber ride to our local pub and centre in only R50-100. The Blyde has so much to offer and our beautifully furnished apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable. In order to secure our assets The Blyde have imposed strict regulations on Airbnb guests and so we have a 5 step security system that you need to be aware of. On check in we require the following from you as the guest: 1. Copy of your physical ID or Passport of all adults in your group. (We require one ID number and cell phone number per car 72hours before your arrival in order to arrange access the property) 2. Photo of vehicle licence disc of any cars parked on the property. (We require the registration number ahead of time to access the property) 3. R2000 deposit should there be any damages or fines issued by Balwin. 4. There is a physical inventory or check list of quantities and items in the unit that will need to be checked by yourself with a Signed acceptance by you as the guest to acknowledge. 5. I can email you a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the unit and the complex ahead of check in or there is a physical version in the unit for you to read, but we require signed acceptance by the guests on check in as acknowledgement of the rules. These cover basic complex regulations like noise, nuisance and various do's and donts. We stay in the unit next door so we are available to ask any questions you might have about your stay so please feel free to let us know if you have any queries.
