Our luxurious villa "Green Parrot Beachvilla" is situated directly on a deserted long sandy beach. The "Green Parrot Beachvilla" for 4 persons (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxurious living room and dining room with sea view, covered, wind-protected terrace, swimming pool (11 x 4 m) and large garden) was built in 2014 in European-Singhalese co-production according to international standards and is now under Sinhalese-German management. For more than 4 guests (bookable in separate advertisement "Green Parrot Beach Villa & Cube"), the Green Parrot Beach Villa has been extended in August 2019 by another, independent building for 2 persons, the "Cube". In this building there is 1 large bedroom with a covered balcony and a fantastic view of the garden and the sea, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchenette and dining area, 1 covered, wind-protected terrace with garden and sea view. Both the "Green Parrot Beachvilla" and the "Cube" offer a fantastic view of the large pool, the garden with shady palm trees and the sea. Both buildings are situated in a beautiful large garden, with shade, seating and sunbathing areas, designed for people who love something special, and together they are equipped for 6 people. A service telephone as well as high speed internet is available. Our friendly team is responsible for services such as cooking, washing and cleaning. Every day we spoil you with a delicious breakfast for a fee. We are also happy to prepare lunch and dinner on request and spoil you with local, varied cuisine. Of course, food can also be ordered via a delivery service or we can organise trips to a restaurant nearby. Massages can be ordered in the house on request. On request, we can organise any kind of excursions (including several days or round trips) as well as airport transfers. Tuk-tuk drivers are always available. The "Green Parrot Beach Villa & Cube with private pool" by the sea can be booked for max. 6 persons in a separate advertisement. Ambalangoda is mostly accessible by motorway from Bandaranaike airport (approx. 2 hrs) and is close to Hikkaduwa (11km/approx.15min), and only 30km (approx. 50min) from the World Heritage highlight "Fort Galle". The Yala Natal Park with its leopards, elephants and other animals is particularly easy to reach from here. Countless temples line the route. Architecture lovers will find gardens and buildings by the famous Sinhalese architect and founder of Tropical Modernism Geoffrey Bawa in the immediate vicinity. Mask carvers, moonstone mines and turtle sanctuaries round off the exotic adventure holiday.
