Childers Cottage is a delightful little cottage within the secure grounds of Childers Retreat in the lovely rural village of Kirby Bellars, easy access to Melton Mowbray & Leicester. It has an abundance of lovely walks for you and your dog & is a stones throw from The Flying Childers pub which offers a great menu for both adults and children. We also have stables onsite for those with equestrian interests. We allow 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs, please let us know if you wish to bring your pet. Childers Cottage is a separate bungalow within the electric gated entrance of Childers Retreat, with secure parking for both a car or horse lorry, We use self check in and out so you are undisturbed during your stay. situated just 5 minutes drive to Melton Mowbray and 15 minutes to Leicester. We are also 5 minutes from Brooksby Equestrian College, 10 minutes drive from Aylesford X country course and Vale view equestrian centre. We welcome 1 medium sized dog or 2 small dogs in our cottage as long as they are well behaved. Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your dog with you. Stabling, use of the menage (with jumps), hay and bedding all available on site, by prior arrangement We are on site to assist you during your stay.
