Apartment: A dream for families

This spacious apartment (65 sqm) is especially for familys with children. It is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building. It has a big bed for parents and a big, safe loft bed for up to three children. Extra beds possible! Kids are very welcome! Although we built this apartment especially for familys with kids, you can live there without children too ;-) there is a small garden for all children of the house - my daughters are currently 14, 12 and 9. I offer information about the area (I have lived in the same building for several years now), tips for shopping, sightseeing etc. Staying here means, you can reach many important destinations within a 5 minute walk: In 5 min you can be in a public Park (with playground and public bath), or in a grocery store or at an Underground Station or in the lovely neighbourhood of stately mansions (Cottage) or (in case of emergency) at a doctor very near: bus 37A and 40A near (5 minutes walk): Underground (U6) Station Nussdorfer Straße or Station Währinger Straße and the tram lines 40, 41, 42.
