Casa Natura in Ammouliani

The perfect spot for nature lovers! A 2-bedroom summer house, located in 4 acres private yard just in front of the quiet, secluded beach of Kalopigado, in the island of Ammouliani. Casa Natura was built in the late 70s and has been renovated in 2019, blending the traditional architecture of Chalkidiki with modern design. It is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing holiday experience. Our house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (which can be made as one double upon request) , a large living room with two double sofa beds (each one sleeps comfortably 2 persons) , a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, including the living room. Necessary amenities like washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. Baby crib can be available upon request. Just outside the house there is a large terrace , where you can enjoy our BBQ facilities at the outside dining table. Since Casa Natura is just in front of the sea, we provide everything you may need for a day at the beach, such as umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels. There is also an outdoor shower, right in the heart of our garden! Our private yard consists of olive trees, palm trees, large cacti, pine trees and there is plenty of free space for children to play and run around safe. There is also private parking in the property . You will have access in the entire house and the yard except the basement and the warehouse. Me or my wife, Sissy, will be there to welcome you and show you around the house and we will be there to assist you during your check out. A guide with useful addresses and telephone numbers will be provided. We are always available to answer you questions or give you recommendations, via email, call or text message. Kalopigado beach is one of the most peaceful beaches of Ammouliani, in fact it is the one that the locals prefer to relax. The beach is sandy, with shallow clean and warm water, which makes this place ideal for families with kids. A small beach bar lies in the corner of the beach , serving coffee , beer and some snacks. Kalopigado is only 1,5 km from the village of Ammouliani, around 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot. A dirt road ,easily accessible by any type of car, leads to Kalopigado beach and the house. Right above our house there is a pedestrian trail leading in just 5 minutes in the most famous beach of the island, Alikes beach . - Since the house is surrounded by large trees and it is entirely in the nature, be prepared that some insects may appear in the outdoor area, such as ants , bees, mosquitoes etc. Guests are kindly requested to always use the mosquito nets on the windows in order to keep the house safe from insects. -We do not provide cleaning services, but we have extra towels and bedsheets available . Also, there is a washing machine free of charge.
