In an old farm, part of the house where we live all year round is dedicated to you. On the ground floor: Dining room-kitchen equipped with fireplace and TV lounge area, bathroom and WC. On the first floor: 1 large double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom and toilet. Bed and BB equipment. WIRELESS. Bed sheets and towels included. We will share our large garden and the heated and covered swimming pool. Quiet and wooded areas all around, town 7 mins away. The old part of our house will be dedicated to you, you will have independence but we will never be very far since we live here all year round. You will have a dining room-kitchen. In winter, we will prepare the fireplace for your arrival. The shower room and toilets are on the ground floor. Upstairs you have the possibility of using two bedrooms 1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 160 x 200 and if necessary a small children's room with two bunk beds and a possibility of a baby bed. Terraces and swimming pool available. We will share with you the courtyard where you can park your car and the large garden. Walks in the woods start from our house. We are 7 minutes from the small town of Chauffailles, there are some delicious traditional restaurants and a McDo nearby. A pretty town center awaits you to discover the local specialties as well as a shopping area.
