House Near the Beach - Afife

The Casa das Chapas is located in Afife, near the town of Viana do Castelo (10km) and Caminha (15km). It is a large house with large areas. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite bathroom, two large rooms, both with fireplace, a dining, a socializing with the tv and cable tv. It has a kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave, etc.. Also includes another bathroom (the 4 with bath or shower). At the bottom of the house still has a basement with wine cellar and a garage with a vintage traditional system and a freezer. To complete, has a very large outdoor area with a small regional cuisine with a wood oven, and a barbecue to cook in the Summer and another small bathroom. Behind has a large garden with fruit trees, flowers and a small kitchen garden. The envelope of the house is lovely, behind is the hill, ahead lies the sea. It is 3 minutes from the Arda beach (by Car), 5-10 (cycling), 20 (walk). The beach is known for surf international championships. It has a huge sandy and rocky landscape, as well as views of the mountain. Afife is a small village, quiet and has super market, pharmacy, cafe, pavilion, casino etc..
