Your house by the sea

You’ll love our place because it is directly by the sea in a small and cozy beach village, with almost a private beach and very close to the city center of nabeul from one side and hammamet in the other side. Our place is good for couples (maybe too big for one couple), families (with kids) and small groups. The garden is very spacious and it opens directly on the beach, which almost makes it a private one. The house is rent in its entirety and guest will have access to all of it We will be here the first day, to give the keys, make sure everything is ready for the guest and give some explanations and good tips they might need. We will also come back on the last day at check out time to get back the keys and make sure that all went well. We are also available by phone at any time to help our guests The neighborhood is very quiet, there are only houses around, no hotels or animation centers, so there is no loud music or anything like that. You can stay at the house without a car, cabs are always available on the main road. A grocer is available in the neighbourhood for small grocery or vegetable purchases. Downtown Nabeul is very close, by car (5 minutes) or even at a walking distance (around 30 minutes). Everything is available there, supermarkets, pharmacies, markets, souvenir, restaurants... Hammamet is a bit further, say 20 minutes by car, but it is less quiet than Nabeul and has much more night activities than Nabeul. Hotels are also very close nearby and guests could also go there for a restaurant, swimming pool, ... fees may be applied A gardener/house guard is also available on site and has a small room outside the house and could assist guests if they might need it. He is very discreet and non intrusive if guests don't want him around.
