Relax harbourside in our European-style home. Let our place be your base for exploring West Auckland with its scenic natural walks, coastal cycleways and friendly people. We would love to share the NZ lifestyle and our home with you! We are offering a private ensuite guest room with heatpump that has a queen sized bed. The shared facilities include a large modern kitchen, laundry and clotheslines, a sheltered garden, an entertainment area with couch and flat-screen television, a small indoor pool with swim-jets and a spa pool. Guests may freely share the kitchen, the pool and spa, the laundry, entertainment area, the garden and any obvious shared spaces in the house and garden. Our family members' bedrooms, office and cars & garage are off limits. If we are around, we are happy to support and may even take part in joint outings. Our little piece of Te Atatu Peninsula is a quiet neighbourhood of different ethnic backgrounds, mainly professionals and small business owners. You'll hear kids, dogs, and even a rooster every now and then. People around here appreciate their privacy and family life. We are several minutes walk from our community shopping centre with bakeries, fruit shops, charity shops, clothing stores, cheap variety stores, and a supermarket. Our property is also just a few minutes walk to the water's edge and scenic walkways/cycleways. A 5min walk to the nearby bus stop at the corner Beach Rd/Harbour View Rd links our home at Te Atatu Peninsula to the Auckland CBD, with buses running every 30min (more frequent in the mornings).
