Room for Rent in Home

The perks are location! My home is located on Main Street right in the center of town. Perfect for solo travelers, skiers chasing the storm, looking for a convenient place in town, walking distance to bars, restaurants, market, ski / bike shop. My backyard borders the Trout River excellent for summer adventurers looking to cool off or hike to one of the local swimming holes. This is the place for guests who prefer an in town Airbnb experience, shared living with a spiritual yoga bend. My space is humble with a cozy lived in feeling. Guests share a bathroom and have access to the common areas, kitchen, living, and yoga studio. There is a steady stream of friends, travelers, seasonal tenants. I ask for everyone to be kind and go with the flow. The rooms are small; suitable for single person occupancy only. These are not hotel standard rooms. My home is humble. The house is within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, cafe, ski / bike shops, market. Feel free to engage in a yoga class going on downstairs in living room turned yoga studio. The guests that are drawn to this space crave a friendly quiet atmosphere to unwind. Guest have access to common areas, kitchen, bathroom, yoga studio room. Guests are sharing the house with other travelers. I do ask everyone to be mindful of others. I interact with guests. I also provide them with my cell number for any questions and emergencies. Montgomery Center is a laid back resort town. It is located at the base of Jay Peak ski resort. A stroll down Main Street will land you at one of the local watering holes, good food, and surely dynamic conversation with one of the locals. Parking is available in the driveway or street. Walking is best is going out for a bite or drink on Main Street. Otherwise you will have to drive to the mountain for skiing. I teach yoga in my home. I offer guests the Yoga for free if there is a class going on during their stay. This is optional and is not a problem as guests typically leave in the morning prior to start of the class or they enjoy waking up fresh to an invigorating yoga class.
