Maunditts House B&B. Four Poster Room (R1)

Welcome to our family home in the South Cotswolds. We have four rooms available, 2 twins and 2 doubles. Two of our rooms have self catering facilities or you may prefer to be served breakfast in our sunny dining room overlooking the garden. You will see our pet hens, Lucy and Arabella, foraging in the garden and if you are lucky they might even provide a fresh egg for you! We also have a handsome and lanky lurcher dog called Red who, if you like dogs, will be happy to see you but will not bother you at all if you are not so keen on animals. We have lots of local guide books and maps for you to borrow if you want to do some exploring (either on foot or by car) and we can point you in the direction of numerous local places of interest. Maunditts House is situated just 2 miles from the historic town of Malmesbury on the B4042 in the direction of Wootton Bassett and Swindon. We are only a few miles from either J16 or J17 of the M4. We are ideally situated for easy access to Malmesbury, Bath, Tetbury, Chippenham, Swindon, Cirencester and the Cotswolds. Our location is very convenient for events at Winkworth Farm, Badminton House, Castle Combe Race Circuit, Kemble Airfield, Gatcombe Park, Cheltenham, Cotswold Water Park, Westonbirt Arboretum and the Womad Festival. We are 10 minutes from the M4 and therefore Bath, Bristol and Swindon are within easy driving distance.
