בית קרקע מרווח בן 5 שנים ביישוב כפרי בעמק המעיינות. בביתנו חלל משותף של סלון ומטבח , ארבעה חדרי שינה , ושלושה חדרי שירותים. חצר עם מרחב של דשא, טרמפולינה (שלאחרונה חודשה ותוקנה) ופינות ישיבה . ישנה בריכה חדשה בגודל של 2/4 בעומק של מטר מגודרת. מחוץ לבית יש כלוב עם ארנבים. אין צורך בטיפול בחיות. בימי אירוח איננו בסביבת הבית אבל זמינים טלפונית לכל בעיה או עניין. בסביבתנו מומלץ לבקר בפארק המעיינות, עין מודע , גן גורו , הסחנה ונחל הקיבוצים. והכל במרחק נסיעה של אופניים או קפיצה עם הרכב.
