This property is eco friendly and runs on a stand alone solar power system, and tank water. Bushwalking trails are provided on the property, close proximity to Crams Farm Recreation Area. Host will greet you or key lock provided depending on guests requirements will be a phone call away for any questions that may arise. Close to Mt Warning National Park, Nightcap Ranges, and Border Ranges National Parks, 50 minutes to Byron Bay, Tweed or Gold Coast beaches and airport. Our property runs on a stand alone solar system, this means there is no mains power. A stand alone solar system means that we harvest the sun during the day and store power overnight in batteries for use overnight. Guests need to be aware of using too many electrical appliances at once and also aware that running the dishwasher or doing loads of washing at night will impact our storage.
