Double Room, 15min walk or tram to town centre

Our house is 15 minutes walk from Nottingham town centre, or 3 stops on the tram. It is self-contained, that is we do not live there ourselves, so you will be assured of your privacy. However this does mean that we won't be providing breakfast. We do have 3 rooms rented in the property so there may be other guests using the shared spaces, such as bathroom, toilet, kitchen, breakfast/dining room and tv-lounge. Our house is good for students, couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. A double room with double bed in a large comfortable house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Our 3-bedroomed house is self-contained, that is we don't live their ourselves, so you are ensured of your privacy. We are close to the town centre and have easy access to the Trent University campus, the Nottingham University campus and the Queens Medical Centre. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen, breakfast/dining room and tv-lounge are all shared between our guests. We live just 10 minutes drive from the house, so are always available if you have any problems. We will be at the house to greet you on arrival and show you around the property. During the Covid-19 pandemic we are trying to limit our visits to the house. For this reason, although we provide the following on arrival, we leave it for our guests to replenish should they run out during their stay... - cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea - toilet rolls, kitchen roll, soap, shampoo - bedding (we provided fresh bedding plus a spare set. Should our guests require further changes during their stay, they will need to wash their bedding). Our house is in a quiet, pleasant residential area. There is free on-street parking. The tram stop for the town centre is just 5 minutes walk away. Trent University is 10 minutes walk. Nottingham town centre is 15-20 minutes walk. There is easy access by bus or tram to the Queens Medical Centre and Nottingham University. We let 3 rooms at our house, so there may be other guests staying.
