The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, 100m from the sea, and 25 mins from central Stockholm by buss. Continuing along the coast line, you will find beautiful and undisturbed cliffs / rocks perfect for sun-bathing, picnicking or taking a dip. With Sweden's "right to public access," you have the right to sunbathe wherever you want, as long as it’s not on someone's private property. •On the other side of Mörtnäs, a 10 min walk (15min with small children) from our house, there is a sand beach (“Grisslinge”), Bakery / Café and restaurant Other •Since we have 2 young girls, the house comes with toys and a number of bicycles suitable for children from the age of 2-8 yrs old. Cot and High-Chair available if needed. •Wifi in house Neigbourhood •Our house is located in a quiet neighbourhood •Just 5 min by car you’ll find a small shopping center with grocery stores (Ica Maxi, Willys, Liedl, Systembolaget), a few clothes stores (Lindex, kapphal, Intersport) and a couple of other shops (bookstore, toyshop, florist, pharmacist) •10 min away is the village of Gustavsberg which has a nice harbor with a few shops and cafés by the water. •The buss in to Stockholm takes roughly 25 mins, closest buss-stop is by the main road, a 12 min walk from our house.
