This studio unit has a private garden and is located in a quiet community. Tivon is known for its scenic views, nature walks, and quiet streets. Great local restaurants, boutique shopping, cafes, vineyards, etc. Public transportation is easily accessible. Enjoy this tranquil large studio nestled in the center of a quiet residential neighborhood. You have a fully equipped kitchen, open to a private patio garden area with space to dine and relax. The studio has a private entrance through a lovely walkway and garden. Enjoy a comfortable seating area in the evening to watch movies, relax and unwind. A desk in the studio and free wifi is available to accommodate your needs if you're traveling for business. There is a single bed, with two sofas for added sleeping space. You will have access to a fully equipped apartment, kitchenette, a private garden and patio space for your use. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, making it an ideal space to end a day of traveling. We have great local restaurants, boutique shopping, a vineyard, cafes, and a variety of hikes, walks, and scenic views. We are located 15 to 25-minutes from Akko, Nazareth & Haifa by car. Only a 45min drive to the Sea of Galilee. Public transportation is very easily accessible to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and all other main cities, with a short 5-minute walk to the bus station. We are very close to road number 6, which is a main highway making driving to any destinations very easy. Parking is free and available right next to the apartment. The landlord is a licensed tour guide with the Ministry of Tourism in Israel, providing tours for over 12 years.
