Spacious double attic bedroom in quiet, pretty Devon village. Culmstock is close to Blackdown Hills AONB. Great area for hill and river walks. 20 miles to south Devon Coast. The village has a great pub and a cafe/deli/shop Perfect for a stop off on the journey to Cornwall Fridge, microwave with grill, kettle. Shower room with toliet and washbasin. My home is shared with a quiet whippet and an elderly cat. M5 5 miles. Station 6 Modern home in quiet cul-de-sac with parking. En-suite mains shower, toilet and washbasin. Mini kitchen with basic cooking essentials, kettle, coffee maker, grill, microwave and fridge. A welcome pack is provided for your first morning consisting of Continental style breakfast, pastries, muesli , yoghurt, bread butter and fruit, plus greenhouse produce if available! Breakfast is not provided ongoing but if you want it cooked for you, there is an excellent cafe/deli 5 minutes walk through the village which serves a full breakfast plus excellent lunches if desired. The bedding is all 100% good quality John Lewis cotton and the duvet is made by Devon Duvets, specialists in locally reared sheep wool duvets. I avoid synthetics wherever possible. Keen Cyclists will have the benefit of great round trips to the north or south Devon coasts, Exmoor, Quantocks or Brendons or more leisurely short trips around the Blackdowns. Please advise of any food allergies or intolerances. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. Short walk to river, pub and hill walks. Close to M5 at J27 and Tiverton Parkway station I live in the house and work three days per week including evenings. Otherwise I am available to guests anytime. Stunning Mid Devon.
