Charming Private Room near Loyola Medical Center

Quiet non-smoking room in a single family home with washer/dryer access. Located about 20 minutes away from O'Hare Airport and very close to Loyola Medical Center and Hines VA. We are located near a Metra station that will get you to downtown Chicago in 30 minutes. We are also located very close to many shops and restaurants. Brand new two story home built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) with a beautiful backyard. If you (Hidden by Airbnb) the address it shows the old house that was torn down. We do provide sanitized wipes and hand sanitizers in each room and bathroom. We clean and sanitize each room after each guest completes their stay. Our guests safety is a priority and we're vaccinated. The common spaces are shared with the owners but you are more than welcomed to use the den, kitchen, first floor bathroom and outside patio deck. WiFi is also included. You may park at the end of the driveway or on the street. We will interact as much or as little as you would like us to. We are born and raised in Chicago so if you are looking for any recommendations, we will try to assist you. We live in a very quite neighborhood. We are about 15 minutes away from Rosemont, IL which has a big outlet mall, movie theater and various restaurants and bar/clubs. Oakbrook Mall is also another mall that's only 10 miles and also has a movie theater. We are close by a Metra station that will get you to downtown Chicago in 30 minutes and the CTA Blue Line. However we've been told by previous guests that the Uber Express takes you to Downtown Chicago for $12 to $15 each way, except after 11 pm. We are also close to the highway. Loyola University Medical Center and the Hines VA is only 15 minutes away from us. Gottlieb Hospital is 10 minutes away. Few house rules to help keep our home clean. This is a non-smoking home. We kindly ask that if you smoke you do so outside. Please do not eat or bring any food into the room. You may eat in the kitchen. If you bring your own car, please park at the end of the driveway so you don't block the gate, when we need to drive out. We also have small dogs. They are hypoallergenic.
