This new cottage on the ocean is a truly special place. Modern kitchen, huge bathroom, separate laundry room, spacious light, airy bedroom, lounge and dining area. Oceans views from every window. Right on the waters edge where we are lucky enough to have the warmest temperatures in the area. Watch otters, eagles and marine life from your private deck. Take out the kayaks and explore the coastline. Ladysmith is just a quick 15 drive and has a superb choice of restaurants, shops and amenities So close to the water and incredibly relaxing. Parking right by the cottage. Private deck with swivel chairs, small dining table and 2 chairs, umbrella and Weber BBQ. Private yard yard with table and chairs and two sun loungers. 2 Adirondack plastic chairs for the beach. Boat ramp shared with owners and guests in second rented cabin on property. 2 kayaks for your own private use. Life vests included. Myself and my husband live on the property but the cottage is far enough away to be private. We are able to offer help and assistance if required. The area is very quiet and tranquil. There are many walks around. There is a full binder of information in the cottage but we are always happy to help You will need a car We ask that you respect our neighbours and the wildlife around you. We have a no excessive noise policy after 11pm. Please note that in 2022 there will be a second small cabin for rental on the property. This is perfect if you have two extra guests that would like their own space. This cabin will also have two kayaks and life jackets.
