A terrace cottage style house in the highly desirable Cheshire area. 4 mins by car to the centre of Hale village which is full of cafes bars and excellent restaurants. 5 mins to Altrincham town centre and the famous Altrincham market with an abundance of eateries and artisan food and craft stalls-great brunches! There is direct Metro and rail links to Manchester Town centre. 20 mins to Manchester airport. Tatton Country Park and Dunham Massey National trust properties are also close by. No pets. An open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. A double and single bedroom upstairs accessed via a spiral staircase which means this property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. A sunny patio area with garden furniture and laid out garden to the rear of the property offers a lovely space to relax at the end of the day. Manchester Airport is 20 Mins by car. Altrincham centre and Hale are just 4- 5 mins in the car. There is a local circular bus service which operates hourly into Altrincham and stops near Hale for access to the local bars and eateries. There is a TV with Netflix and Freeview options. WiFi code will be supplied.
