Studio up to 3 guests on the ground floor(2 areas, not autonomous-the one room is the main bedroom with two single beds or a double bed and the other room is the entrance/living room with two sofa beds (about 6-8 sqm - Not a two-bedroom). In between of the two rooms are the bathroom and the kitchenette, with a private veranda overlooking the beach of Kalo Livadi (Sea View) equipped with a/c, flat TV set, DVD player, safe box, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, bathroom with shower (30 sqm).
