It’s a finished basement 1884 sq. ft., with natural light, and ample space. The newly remodeled apartment is equipped with a private entrance. It accommodates two in a private room and two in the living room comfortably on a sofa bed. It’s a cozy space with access to public transportation(train,bus, and taxi station). The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) serving Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. 30 minutes via public transportation from philadelphia center city. A 6 minute walk to the pharmacy. A two block walk form the Aria-Jefferson Health, Frankford Campus Hospital. We have two friendly dogs upstairs sometimes they bark. Note: Once in the apartment, The kitchen’ sink operates with a water pump so no left over of food should be put as it will get clogged and repair will be shared. It is very diverse with working and Midle class population. Our place is very close, walking distance to public transportation, parking is usually available in front of our house. The place is close to pharmacies, restaurants, and hospital. Safety for tourist is an issue everywhere you go and we will be always willing to give advise to guest in terms of safety issues and recommendations when going out to any place in Philly or other counties.
