Situated perfectly between the beach and town is this cute little upstairs apartment perfect for short stays while visiting Albany, located behind ‘The Old Strawberry Farm’ in Mira Mar. Middleton Beach is approx 1km walk away or a 2km walk to the centre of town. Boasting 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, kitchenette / lounge room, perfect for those early morning cuppas and a balcony to sit back and relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Located in popular Mira Mar, this guest apartment is located on the second floor of the main house on a quiet street. Boasting 2 large bedrooms each with a queen bed and quality bed linen. A light and bright bathroom with a separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery/crockery, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Please note* this apartment does not have cooking facilities (ie stove or oven). The lounge room leads onto a balcony that both contain comfortable seating. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please. Please note though that guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment located on the second storey of the main house. *PLEASE NOTE THIS APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BABIES OR SMALL CHILDREN. Although I do not live on the premises I am located very close by. I will be available by phone call or text if you have any issues or questions. A great location approx 1km walk to Middleton Beach and 2km walk to the centre of town makes this place the perfect place for a lovely weekend get away or a week of exploring the sites of what Albany has to offer. Whilst there are no proper cooking facilities (ie stove or oven) in the apartment there is no shortage of restaurants, cafes with take-away options located in town and down at Middleton Beach.
