This charming semi-detached cottage has an open plan living area and large doors leading onto the patio, from where countryside views can be enjoyed. Set in a quiet location but close to all the Pembrokeshire attractions. The perfect base from which to explore the nearby beaches and family attractions. You can then relax in the hot tub at the end of a busy day Ty Gwyn is best suited to a couple and families, if you are not a couple or family please check that it would be suitable before booking. 1 x super king-size double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The cottage is situated behind our house, it has it's own enclosed private patio area with furniture and hot tub. Guest also have shared use of our large garden (approx 1 acre) with trampoline, swings and slide. It is next door to our other cottage Ty Glas (sleeps 2). Central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, digital radio with iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared external games room with table tennis, beach games, beach chairs, kites etc. You are welcome to use our large back garden which has a trampoline, swings and climbing frame. The hot tub is for the exclusive use of the guests of Ty Gwyn and it is located on the cottage's private patio. You will be free to enjoy the space but we are around if needed.
