It consists of 4 spacious double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 en suite bathrooms),living room, kitchen with small dining table, separate dining area and terrace with outside dining area.Each room has TV and AC.Come, relax, enjoy and forget about hustle and bustle of everyday life. :) Just below the villa you will find a small local coffee shop for your morning coffee with the sound of the sea and a restaurant when you do not feel like cooking. Also, small grocery shop is one minute walking distance from the villa. The picturesque sandy beach is just 100 meters away. When you feel like spending a day in the city and visiting our breath taking Old Town Dubrovnik, boat stop is 100 meters from the Villa and boat goes several times a day. The guests have an entire villa for private use, including the interior space, spacious terrace with dining table and spectacular sea views and BBQ. The villa is located just next to the sea, grocery stop, coffee bar and restaurants. The boat stop is also very near, just 100 meters away from villa. Near the villa, at the main sandy beach you can rent the kayaks and explore the island and its hidden caves and cliffs. There are also picturesque walking trails throughout the island, with beautiful sea views. The Villa is located just 100 meters from the Postira ferry peer. Postira ferry operates 4 times per day and connects the island of Koločep with Dubrovnik city ( Gruž harbour). The ferry ride to Dubrovnik takes about 30 minutes. The ferry can also take you to another two Elaphite islands ( Lopud and Šipan).
