LIBERTY VACATION HOUSE Anelion, Pelion, Prefecture of Magnesia Liberty Vacation Home, our family’s summer home since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , is located near the traditional square of Anelion, a quiet small village in Eastern Pelion. It is hidden in thick, privately-owned forest land full of wild chestnut trees, yet it is blessed with a wonderful, panoramic view to the Aegean Sea. It is the ideal destination for nature lovers who appreciate simplicity and serenity. Just above 200 meters above the central street, the premises are accessed through a somewhat rough, paved, private road, leading to the house parking area, which can accommodate at least 3 vehicles. The house now belongs to the two daughters of the couple that built it, one of which is an architect and has been in charge of maintaining and reconstructing the residence and its surrounding area since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Our home is a spacious two-storey building: On the ground floor, there’s a kitchen, living and dining room in one undivided space with a fireplace. In the same area, the built-in double bed can be discreetly separated with a curtain. Next to the living room area, there are two separate bedrooms, both with built-in beds, one single, one double. There is also a bathroom with a seated tub and a smaller WC to directly accommodate the double bedroom. The double bedroom has also direct access to the yard, through a private door. An indoor staircase leads upstairs where we may find the master bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed, fireplace and a private balcony with a wonderful view. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub. Through the first-floor hallway, we also have access to a large, sunny, independent veranda with a view and complete privacy. Liberty Vacation House covers, in a simple way, all the basic needs of its guests and much more. The way it’s laid out, 3 bedrooms and multiple verandas and yards, makes it easy for guests to spend time together or isolate at will. The unique characteristic of this place, though, is that it offers the opportunity to spend your vacation right in the heart of a forest, in a house with all modern amenities (wi-fi, smart tv, Netflix). Among other things, you may sleep safely under the stars, take a hot shower under the trees, prepare meals at the outdoor barbeque, relax in the hammock while listening to the wind blowing through the leaves or to your favourite music, enjoy the forest rain under the roofed balconies, sunbathe at your private veranda or celebrate under the infinite stars of the dark blue night sky. If you wish to hike, our home is directly connected to idyllic dirt roads and trails that will lure you into unforgettable wanderings through magical Pelion. The house is located 12 km from the Chania ski resort, 4 km from Plaka, 6 km from Agioi Saranda, 6 km from Agios Ioanis village , 8 km from Chorefto village, 11 km from Damouchari village, 16 km from Fakistra, 18 km from Milipotamos : all wonderful beaches with crystal clear blue waters. Finally, both at almost the same distance from our home, you may find Tsangarada (11 km distance) and Zagora ( 14 km distance), two major traditional villages that have contributed a lot to modern Greek history. Due to the recent circumstances , this summer, we shall not be present upon your arrival, for safety reasons. Although, we will be available on our mobile ph (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , where we will welcome you, guide you around and answer all your questions until you feel safe and comfortable in our place. In addition, the house will be shut for 96 Hours (4 days ) between stays and be decontaminated according to the Protocol of the Ministry of Health. Of course, we can be in touch during the whole of your holidays, so to help you have the best of your stay. The house is isolated inside a private forest but also very near to the center of the village! It is not very easy to reach the house using Public Transportation. But it is not impossible, either. Please contuct for information. You can reach the house either by taxi or by car. There is a private parking area by the house , for at least 3 cars .
