Mudeford garden studio with bathroom and kitchen , own parking space and garden area. Ideally placed for access to Avon Beach and the harbour in Mudeford and also across Stanpit Marsh into the historic town of Christchurch. The studio is selfcontained with its own outside space for warmer weather. However It is close to the neighbours property so respect for their privacy is expected. Their is a personal parking space and own front door key to the studio. Mark and Trish are available during the day and happy to help with directions and local information. Walking distance to Avon Beach and Mudeford Harbour, a footpath across Stanpit Marsh to Christchurch town centre. Due to extra cleaning time required to meet the COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL please note that the following times have been altered ARRIVAL after 4.00 pm DEPARTURE BEFORE 10.00 am
