Polydendri, house with an endless view

This wonderful house in the area of Ano Polydendri (north side of Pelion) is a recent construction that combines the tones of mountainous nature with the hue of the island rhythm, as it marries the mountain with the sea! Carefully decorated space with an amazing view of the beautiful blue sea of the Aegean. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas, TV, equipped kitchen, dining room, washing machine, bathroom, fireplace, barbecue and more !!! The house has an area of 100 sqm, is newly built (2018) and includes all the necessary amenities for an easy, relaxing and enjoyable stay. The additional unique courtyard-terrace overlooks the sunrise and is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy the green natural landscape of the mountain and the incomparable charm of the sea! There is direct (walking) access to a private almost pristine beach just below the house, which uniquely adorns the area, featuring a special natural elegance. Apart from this beach, one can visit other wonderful beaches around in close proximity, such as 2 in Rakopotamos and 1 in Papakostas, where the former royal estates are housed. Especially the 2 beaches of Rakopotamos with sand and green waters belong to those that one must definitely visit !! A little further at 3 km, there are the Beaches of Agiokampos, Sotiritsa and Velika and at the end of the coast, at a distance of 6-7 km there is a very beautiful beach called Bucca. If the distance is not a deterrent for you, you should in no case miss the lush creek with the clear blue waters and a wonderful beach bar, named Psarolakkas, which is located in the neighboring area Koutsoupia and at a distance of 30 minutes from the area of Polydendri and specifically from the house! In addition, the Calypso waterfalls located in the adjacent area of Ano Sotiritsa, is undoubtedly a place you should visit! Access is largely by road and then on foot. The area is suitable because it combines both calm and deserted beaches as well as beaches organized for the lovers of the organization. Each beach bar is uniquely beautiful and its style adapts to the natural landscape of each place! For delicious pleasures there are various traditional taverns with both seafood and meat! For seafood it is worth visiting the tavern Mpalkoni, with wonderful sea views, mainly in the afternoon (sunset), the tavern Skiathas on the coast of Agiokampos, by the sea, the fish tavern "Bebis" in the area of Koutsoupia and of course the fish tavern Paradies overlooks the Aegean Sea and is a 5-minute walk from the property. For meat, you will find local recipes in the tavern "Kapista" in Ano Sotiritsa, in the tavern "Plateia" in Sklithro, traditional kebab on the coast of Agiokampos and in the village of Skiti. In addition, you can follow the beautiful route to Sketi, to drink a morning coffee with lunch in the traditional hostel "Ιos" or to drink a local liqueur in the afternoon-evening hours!
