A newly built self-contained studio/apartment. It has its own entrance, with a kitchen, living area, one bedroom (plus sofa bed available) and bathroom, everything is newly fitted. Suitable for couples or business trips with easy access to Manchester airport/city. There is parking available for one car and have garage space for safe storage of bikes and motorbikes Middlewood way, Lymm Park and the canal are easy to get to for walking and cycling. We are in the centre of the village – a 2-minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants The studio/apartment is on our property, situated in the garden, we do have parking on our drive should you require it and it has its own private entrance. The apartment has one double bed (plus 2nd sofa bed available), a living area with sofa, armchair and coffee table, TV, DVD player and wifi. The kitchen is fully fitted, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Bathroom – with a great shower (in the bathroom, in a separate cupboard is the washing machine and dryer). We provide towels, linen, duvets and pillows. If you're planning to stay for more than a few days, we're happy to do a changeover of linen and towels during your stay. Underfloor heating for a cosy stay. Tea, Coffee available on arrival. Private entrance If we are not about, we do have a lockbox so will leave the key in there. No smoking allowed in the property. No pets allowed in property.
