New independent apartment in a 19th century villa. Recently renovated depandance of a charming villa surrounded by green. The apartment has a large courtyard in front of the entrance, where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast under the Umbrian sun. A charming living room with a fire place and 2 sofas (which convert in 2 single beds). A large kitchenette well equipped (dish washer and washing machine)and a dining area. Many windows to admire the garden that surrounds you. A bathroom with shower. A double bedroom. Right outside the entrance there is a place to store the outside table with chairs, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, a drying rank for your convenient use. You have access to the whole premises. There is a swimming pool, which will be open from mid june to early september according to the weather, not supervised. There will be a guardian helping you and showing you the place most of the time. Also my father, who takes care of the place, will be there occasionally. He can help you with everything you may need. He will be more than happy to show you around, give you suggestions, information about the places and the region. He grew up in Umbria, so he knows a lot about the area and its history. Unfortunately, I only go to Trevi rarely, just some weekends. I wish I could go there more often. Trevi is a charming little town and the residence in which the apartment is located is something unique. Peace will be broken only by the whisper of the Cipressi (typical old umbrian trees) and the tweeting of the cheerful birds. You can park for free in the premises. The place is centrally located in the Umbria Region. Only 1 Km from Trevi (30 minutes walking)- 15 Km from Spoleto - 11 Km from Montefalco - 12 Km from Foligno - 16 Km from Bevagna - 20 Km from Spello - 30 Km from Assisi - 40 Km from Todi, 50 Km from Perugia - 50 Km from Norcia Borgo Trevi - where the post office, newspaper, farmacy, grocery stores are located, is only 500 meters away.
