A 300 year old fully renovated 3 bedroom cottage. Close to high street with many shops including 3 big supermarkets within walking distance. 5-10 minutes walk from train station and buses that run to many attractions. Could fit 8 people with pull out sofa bed in lounge. Close to many different beaches and coves. Internet included. There is no parking, can park in residential streets nearby or town carpark. The downstairs is a lovely open plan lounge/dining room and big airy kitchen leading out to a large garden. Downstairs has a wet room with a lovely warm floor. Leading up the little cottage staircase you will find 3 double bedroom, one of which has a bunkbed and a family bathroom. Access to the whole property, as far as I know it is wheelchair accessible downstairs but there are steps to the garden. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. This is a self check in and check out but I am available if you need anything Redruth is a quirky little town with plenty of shops, restaurants and a few bars. There is an arty feel around town and often something going on in the little market place. Three supermarkets all within easy reach and walking distance. There is a children's playpark at the bottom of the road opposite and a little stream just a bit further along the road as well as a nice park for dog walking within 5 minute walk. By car you can reach anywhere in Cornwall within an hour. Our local beach is only 3.5 miles away and St Ives is around 7 miles. There is a really good bus service to Portreath and many other beaches as well as further away places like Falmouth. The train station is a 5 minute walk up the high street. At the beginning of the road there are lots of taxi's. Please note the only parking is on residential streets and not outside propety.
