Tudor Cottage Annex for your own use

Tudor Cottage Annex is attached to our main house and is down a private road with no passing traffic. It looks out over the garden and paddock with only horses and chickens for company. The annex is fully equipped for either long or short stays with a kitchen consisting of fridge freezer, cooker (oven and hob) and washing machine. All cooking utensils, including even baking tins are provided, along with tea, coffee, milk and free range eggs from our own chickens. Tudor Cottage Annex is attached to our house which is approximately 500 years old. The annex in contrast is 13 years old, modern with underfloor heating. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the front room. A travel cot and high chair are also available. The bathroom consists of a bath with a shower and towels are provided, along with shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo. You will have full use of the annex and there is parking. There is a large garden. We live in the attached house and so are available to meet you and if you have any problems. We live in a rural area between Rye and Hastings and about two miles from Pett Level beach. The area is quiet and lovely for walking with access to various footpaths including the 1066 footpath. Hastings Country Park is within walking distance. There are two nice pubs also within walking distance (about a mile and a half away), a Beefeater about a ten minute walk and a nice tea room. Various vineyards are also within a short driving distance. There are buses to Hastings where there are trains to London. There are also buses to Rye. You can walk to Hastings and Rye without venturing on many roads as the footpaths are numerous. There is no smoking in the house but you can smoke in the garden. Dogs are welcome but we would need to discuss this first. Please also note that we have a pond, so small children should be supervised in the garden. We have horses, chickens, ducks and bees.
