The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking. Hi, we live at Waterfield House so will be around during your stay although you will have your own private space. We share an entrance into the atrium Set on the Teign Estuary, The Annex at Waterfield House is ideal for exploring the beaches and towns of Shaldon and Teignmouth. Close by are the wonderful South Devon towns of Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and Totnes. In the other direction enjoy Dawlish Warren, Exeter and Exmouth. Access on to Dartmoor is an easy 20 minute drive. The National Trust properties, Coleton Fishacre, Parke and Overbecks are all within easy reach. The best way of getting around the area is by car, there is plenty of parking at nearly all the resorts and attractions, we also have off road parking for you here. Travel by train and bus is easy with mainline stations at Newton Abbot and Teignmouth.
