Enjoy our Hamptons style apartment just minutes from UNSW & NIDA, Sydney CBD, Randwick Racecourse, Sydney Airport and all that Sydney has to offer. Freestanding above a carport with your own street access, the apartment is completely self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, 2 bedrooms and spacious balcony. The apartment is free standing, very private, with direct street access. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a comfortable light filled lounge area which leads to the private balcony. The 2 bedrooms include a double bed in the 1st room and bunk beds in the 2nd. A port-a-cot is also available on request. Foxtel included! The space does not include the carport or backyard. Guests have direct private access to the apartment from Koorinda Avenue. There is one flight of stairs leading to the apartment. PARKING Street parking only. It is free and unlimited. Weekends are no problem. Weekdays between 9am - 3pm can be tricky because of UNSW students parking in the area. We look forward to greeting you on arrival and assisting with any local information you may need. We are here if you need us but will respect your privacy. Kensington is a beautiful neighborhood with wide green streets. It is close to the city and beaches and the vicinity to public transport makes everything a 10minute bus ride away. If you're walking, buses, restaurants, Randwick Racecourse, UNSW and NIDA are just 5-10min away. We are 2 blocks from Anzac Pde so access to public transport is very easy. A few popular destinations are particularly close... - Sydney's best beaches are a 10-15 minute bus ride. - The city is also just a 10-15 minute bus ride. - Sydney Airport is a 10 minute taxi ride. - Randwick Racecourse is a 5 minute walk. - SFS & SCG are 5 minutes on the bus or a 20 - 30 minute walk. - Sydney Childrens Hospital /Prince of Wales Hospital - Centennial Park is a 10-15 minute walk. - UNSW & NIDA are a 2 minute walk. - Lots of great local restaurants in easy walking distance too. Our block is a corner block. The main house (which we live in) fronts onto Doncaster Ave and the apartment fronts onto Koorinda Ave. The apartment is above a carport so there are stairs on entry.
