Sydney's sunny bayvista sanctuary

A warm, comfy spacious bedroom awaits you in my freshly renovated home engulfed in sunshine. It's situated in an elevated position overlooking the Bay at rear & golf course at front. 1 minute to cafes, shops, banks transport & 1/2 hr to the city It’s a spacious 3 bedroom light filled renovated home set on a cliff overlooking Kogarah Bay. My home is clean & comfortable, homely & easy to live in. There’s a park next to the bay & a golf course across the road & less than a 2 minute walk to banks, cafes, restaurants, post office, a Tavern & public transport. My guests comfort is important I would like them to feel at home so I am happy for them to have access to the laundry facilities, kitchen & all the living areas as well as the balcony off the lounge room. It's quite enjoyable to have breakfast or just a coffee out on the balcony on a nice day while taking in the view. I just ask that they clean up after themselves & leave things as they find them.
