This is a Megaworld Corp.'s luxury condo unit in a 16-storey condominium building, Lafayette Park Square. It is located in a 72-hectare mixed-use master-planned community in Iloilo Business Park. The guest has a direct access to commercial district, the famous festive walk w/ delicious food and cool music from live acoustic band, Festive mall, office buildings catering to business processing outsourcing firms, Iloilo Convention Center, 24-hour 7-11 store, Mc Donald’s, Transport Hub,& open park. The guest can access Lafayette Park Square building's top of the line amenities. These amenities include the adult's swimming pool with a colorful chaise lounge set, kid's swimming pool, jacuzzi ( outdoor spa ), reading nook that features a trellised seating area, function rooms, kid's playroom, and the state-of-the-art gym. The room itself has a comfortable double-sized bed that can fit 2 guests, and additional sofa bed and/or foam bed in excess of 2. The price per night is good for 2 pax. We only charge an extra of 400.00 pesos each person per night in excess of 2. The guest must indicate the actual number of guests when booking, for airbnb to compute the actual price per night. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. However, if guests are more than 4, they should discuss it with the owner/host upon booking for possible accommodation. It has a balcony for guests to enjoy the view of Iloilo City and the Guimaras Island. It has other basic living amenities such as kitchenware and toiletries. We have free NETFLIX movies and shows for guests to enjoy. The guest has a direct access to whatever is in the condo unit such as TV, free NETFLIX movies and shows, air conditioning unit, refrigerator, microwave, WIFI, kitchen utensils, full shower room, and more. If the guest needs help regarding directions, and suggestions where to go, what food to eat, and what to enjoy most in Iloilo City, the host is willing to share some information for their memorable stay in the CITY OF LOVE:) This condo unit is located in Lafayette Park Square, Iloilo Business Park. The neighborhood is a very safe, high end and luxurious area. The guest has access to Festive Walk Mall (one of the largest malls in Asia), Festive Walk street where the guest can enjoy Iloilo's delicious and famous food, while enjoying the music from live acoustic band, Iloilo Convention Center, Mc Donald’s, Transport Hub - a new premium Point-to-Point Bus service with express bus services to the airports in Cabatuan, Kalibo and Boracay ( Caticlan ), CASA de EMPERADOR which is the first museum dedicated to contemporary and modern art in Visayas and Mindanao, Iloilo Esplanade where you can walk, jog and exercise.
