B&B Le Azalee- room "atelier" lake, relax, peace

Located in Baveno, just above the historic center, strategically located for those looking for a break of relaxation and tranquility in contact with nature. We will welcome you in a familiar and genuine way, without neglecting small details and care, to make you feel at home. Set at a natural crossroads, between lakes and mountains, the B & B the Azaleas will allow you to explore the natural beauty that our land offre. Forest behind for walking, hiking and mountain biking It was completely renovated in 2015 following the most modern biocompatible building and energy efficiency criteria and enjoys a panoramic view of the lake and the gulf of the Borromean islands, in a quiet and trafficless area. The building features a very low energy consumption, thanks to the recently applied thermal coating, double-glazed high insulation windows, LED or low energy consumption lamps, energy efficient appliances. The township of Baveno has been enforcing separate waste collection since many years. We have two rooms, one on the first floor and the other one is an open space in the attic. In both rooms: private bathroom with large shower, toilet, bidet (only in the attic), sink, hairdryer, soap parquet independent, temperature regulation heating Flat screen LED TV Free WiFi throughout the entire property Room "Atelier" - First floor Max two persons Quiet and well lit double room with a balcony overlooking the garden and the woods behind. Features a king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a newly refurbished private bathroom with a glass shower. One of the highlights of our hospitality is certainly the rich Italian breakfast that you can enjoy in the breakfast room or, when the weather is good, on the covered terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and its mountains. Breakfast is buffet style, while drinks (tea, coffee, milk) are served at the table. Breakfast is normally served from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m., but we’ll be more than pleased to meet any particular request. You can enjoy excellent cakes and sweets, jams, fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, Nutella, bread and fresh seasonal fruit. Breakfast table in the hall of the house or breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake.
