VAN DESCRIPTION This lovely little van is an economy property and has 3 bedrooms, it sleeps up to 7 guests per stay. The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed both with a little wardrobe. The bathroom in this property has a shower cubicle, a wash basin and toilet, there is a heated towel rail for keeping your towels off the floor. It is situated in the hallway directly outside the bedrooms so easy to find in the middle of the night. As you come into the kitchen you will find that you have everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and microwave and not forgetting the toaster and kettle. There is a dining table with fitted furniture and stools so you can all sit together as a family at meal times. The main living area has fitted furniture and a gas fire as this property has single glazed windows. A fair use basis on gas and electricity comes inclusive. This is not a pet friendly van. EXTRAS 1066 holidays provide all your fresh clean linen and white fluffy towels so you don't have to worry about the making of beds etc as we dress your property for you. We also leave you a welcome pack in the kitchen to help get your holiday started immediately. All 1066 holidays properties are no smoking and all are self catering. PLEASE NOTE entertainment passes are not included in your holiday price. SURROUNDING AREAS Winchelsea beach itself is a 5 min walk away, and has the most stunning views. The beach is a stoney beach that stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out. Literally just outside the entrance of the park there is a co-op, fish and chip shop and a kebab shop, not forgetting a lovely pub. If you walk to the end of the village by the beach there is a cafe with parking and serves the best meals for all the family to enjoy on the days you don't want to cook. This property is highly recommended if you want a relaxed and chilled holiday and only a short drive or bus ride to the neighboring towns for a more upbeat atmosphere. WINCHELSEA HOLIDAY PARK This park has beautifully maintained grounds and has a heated outdoor swimming pool. The clubhouse has entertainment for all the family and has a restaurant called the lobster pot that provides food and drinks.There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of april - 1st november.
