Seaside house with large sunny patio & garden

This one bedroom Falmouth house is less than a mile/ 15 min walk from Swanpool & Gylly Beach and the centre of town. There is a spacious large double room, but also a large sofa bed in the living room which could accommodate 2 extra guests. Plus there’s a 150ft long garden to enjoy! I have not long had the house, so furnishings and appliances are quite basic but should be all you need for a comfortable holiday. There is no parking outside of the house, but there is plenty of parking on the adjacent streets nearby.
