PalmTree Villa. Sleeps 8 with exclusive pool.

Sleeping eight, the Villa has all of the fantastic features of No.1 and No.2 combined and is so called because we have the ability to open an internal door between the two properties to make one large property. Plus you get exclusive use of the pool, play park and all the facilities. Families are welcome. The villa has two of everything giving a larger group lots of options for making their living arrangements as comfortable and convenient as possible while on holiday. Two sitting rooms with their own TVs mean the youngsters can watch their own programmes, leaving the adults their own grown up space. A downstairs loo is convenient as are two showers and two washing machines. A dishwasher is the main difference really as it is added for the summer months only. Plus there is great WiFi everywhere. We live in the house behind the villa and we are available most of the time. Everyone gets a great nights sleep ready for the adventures outdoors either in the gardens, which are the size of a football field, or in the huge pool area. In the gardens you'll find an orchard, a picnic table under the walnut tree and a large play area with basketball, boules, table tennis and safe archery. The pool itself is one of the largest in the area at 12 meters by 6 and it is surrounded by large terraces and lawns. It is 1.2 meters deep throughout so there is no deep end to worry about but the depth is plenty for everyone. There's also a BBQ area within the security fencing giving plenty of outside eating and relaxing options. We are situated in a quiet hamlet and are privileged to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in the area including vines and sunflowers aplenty. You will need a car as the nearest supermarkets and restaurants are a 8 minute drive away. Please note that one of the bedrooms is a small bunk room. It has full size bunk beds, but is really only ideal for people up to teenagers. Adults may not find the room very comfortable due to it's size. We do not accept large groups /parties of adults . Families only.
