Sunset & Wine House is located in Makhinjauri and 10 minutes' drive away from Batumi, just 3 minutes' drive away from Batumi Central Station. The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property. Free parking is available. The room has a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. There are balconies with the sea and mountain views and free WiFi access is available. The house was renovated in July 2019 - so everything is brand new! The place has a unique location with the sea and mountain views both available from the room! Cool summer breeze, a spectacular sunset imagery with lots of greens all around, a good company and a glass of wine is what some people call paradise and you'll see that this particular house is one of the best and cheapest options for such a simple pleasure that many people cannot afford! Guests will get a room with a private bathroom and a fridge located inside the room. A huge balcony is shared among other guests as well. Kitchen and laundry rooms are available for free upon request. The house is located very close to the Batumi Central Station (just two minutes drive away). Upon request, free shuttle service within Batumi (daylight hours) can be arranged.
