This 18th century limestone dwelling is located along the Antietam Creek and a part of a mill settlement on the national register of historic places. Nearby is the Antietam battlefield, the C&O Canal, the Appalachian trial, and Sheperdstown, WV. A fabulous place if you love nature and history! It’s a one of a kind get away from the city and there are many experiential things to do in the area. It is perfect for a couple or a very small family. Because it is an 18 th century cottage it must be respected! It has quiet charm and lots of history. Guests can access the grounds on the property and enjoy the barbecue pavilion.
