A recently decorated first floor apartment in a quiet location, only a few minutes walk from the Hayling Seafront. Spacious accommodation for up to four guests, free assigned parking for one vehicle with on-road parking nearby. It comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with bath with electric shower over, lounge, and kitchen/diner. Take-aways, cafes, and convienience stores close by. On the beach gym, pubs and the Hayling beachfront railway station all within a few minutes walk. Phone contact if necessary. Hayling island is ideal for holiday makers and families as it retains all the attractions of a traditional seaside resort. The island is also well known for its watersports and miles of glorious seafront. The local water is perfect for sailing, windsurfing, power boating, jet skiing and more. The island is also a useful base to explore the attractions of Portsmouth, Southsea, Emsworth and Staunton Country Park which are are all close by. This is our family home that we are letting out at times when we are working away. This makes it an ideal home from home that we hope you will enjoy and look after for us.
