Upstairs is accessed by a fairly steep set of stairs, so families with small children should supervise children on these stairs. I live 5 minutes away so if you need any help I can be available most of the time. For those who like horticulture, Greenbank Gardens is just two minutes away, and you are within reach of all the amenities and activities that Glasgow has to offer. A car is preferable as this is the suburbs of Glasgow, but you can also catch the 4 and 4A buses which go into town, or walk 10 minutes into Clarkston main street where you can get a train to Glasgow city centre or East Kilbride.
