Beautiful country cottage hideaway

Beautiful english style one bedroom country cottage nestled in nature. Only 8 mins from Mullumbimby, 25 mins to beach/Byron, surrounded by green. The perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and the craziness of Byron Bay. Since photos taken there are curtains in lounge and bedroom and full air conditioning installed. The cottage is a beautifully renovated english country cottage nestled in the countryside just outside Mullumbimby. It is private and surrounded in green with a creek and swimming hole at the end of the garden. Stone floors throughout the lower level, heritage kitchen with porcelain sink, pot belly wood stove to keep warm in winter, reverse cycle air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom to keep you cool in summer, free wifi and Netflix. Take a break from your smartphone as reception is patchy. Cosy lounge room with leaded light windows, designer sofa and signature BKF leather chair. Sony TV, writing desk and printer. Air-conditioning. Wrap around deck with huge daybed for contemplating the garden. The cute bathroom is downstairs with great shower and toilet. The Bedroom is upstairs with a wooden queen size bed and a huge lovesac for relaxing with benefit of reverse cycle air-conditioner. Off the upstairs bedroom is a small deck overlooking the garden with a hammock and Adirondack chair for contemplating the rain forest. There are curtains on the bedroom windows, photo taken prior to installation. Cottage is on one one acre with our main house, you share the large garden and creek with us and our bee-hive of european honey bees, though we have own upper garden so will rarely see us. Perfect place to get away from it all yet easy reach of Mullumbimby (which has all you need) and Byron Bay or Brunswick Heads for going to the beach. Guest have the whole cottage to themselves, it is fully self contained with separate access and not overlooked by anyone. We live in a house on the same property so are available to resolve any issues, or give any advice you might need on the local area. However if you want privacy you have private entrance and main house cannot be seen from cottage. Mullumbimby is very cute country town with everything you need as well as diverse selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. Cottage is on Left Bank Road, Mullumbimby, 8minutes from centre of mullum by car, 25 mins to Byron or Brunswick Heads. Byron getting increasingly busy so local beach is at Brunswick heads, much more relaxed and way less traffic/parking problems. Our friendly dog, Phoenix lives on the property. Top garden is fenced so meeting her is optional but recommended. The cottage is strictly no smoking, guests found out to be smoking inside the cottage or on the deck/daybed will forfeit their bond. There is no mobile reception at the cottage, you may be able to send/receive texts from road outside house. Internet is ADSL1 (best we can get where we are). It is fine for email/Facetime/Netflix but not good for large uploads and sending email with large attachments.
