Decks around the house give you the chance to catch the sun and views. Open plan kitchen and living rooms. The second bedroom is in a sleepout a few steps from the house. The white sand beach is just a short walk away and the sea is safe for swimming. The house will be yours entirely. The owner lives on the Coromandel Peninsula and can be reached if necessary.
