My space is a brand new free-standing flat. It's more like a home. It's fully fitted with all the home comforts you need. It has a nice verandah to enjoy the breeze and watch the boats go past. There's a BBQ too. There is a carport with a high ceiling and enough space to park 2 cars plus off street carpark. The property has just been newly constructed and has quality fixtures especially the stone breakfast bar to enjoya meal at and can still enjoy watching the boats go by. It's a very relaxed coastal lifestyle. The seabreeze is refreshing on a summers afternoon. walking is a great way to get around. The ground is flat and level. There are popular footpaths right on your doorstep to walk and enjoy the views. Push bikesare also very popular especiallyif you want to go to the beach as it's a easy 10 minute ride. There are also public buses handy to if required. Guests entry is private with a security sliding gate from Sandford lane. pin code provided and there is a remote control too.
