There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group. Air-conditioning The house has fully ducted air-conditioning and fans throughout. So either choose the cooling ocean breezes, or air-conditioning for your comfort and enjoyment Access The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit. This is a very large, impressive house with multiple areas for you to use and enjoy: - 3 bathrooms - 2 lounge rooms (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs) - 3 dining tables (2 upstairs & 1 downstairs) - outdoor BBQ area - seating, lounge, relaxation - glistening pool - tropical garden - huge upstairs deck/wrap around verandah that looks out to the Pacific Ocean - undercover deck / verandah downstairs This is a unique property that allows you all to spend time together or to have some quiet alone time in one of the many private spaces here. Kitchen The kitchen is upstairs and is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need. We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service” Fireplace The upstairs lounge area has a free standing wood heater. Not only does this warm up this area, but you cant beat having a wood fire flickering in the corner. Please note it is BYO Wood ( most local service stations sell a wood pack that is suitable to use) Pool / Spa The property has both a glistening salt water pool and a spa. Neither are heated, but are on the north side of the house allowing them to heat up quickly. Laundry The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes.
